I just discovered that Michael Jackson has passed away.

Health is such an important thing, but I don't know how to keep myself healthy. I have been sick for the pass 3 months and before that too. I keep coughing.

I went to see the Doctor once in the 3 months and I just don't get any better. Yet, my dad's herbal drinks seems to work for me but I have to keep drinking it. I have to keep away from eggs and chicken but mom just have to cook it. It's not helping.

Yesterday, after I mded this post. I went and bought myself some NyQuil and took it when I went to sleep and today I am feeling much better. Thanks to myself. I cough less now. I plan to take it tonight too. Let's see if this cough goes away or not.

It turned out that I didn't get to take the NyQuil at night but instead I drinked some Chinese herbal thing that my dad picked up. At night my feet started twitching on it's own. So I decided to stop all medication for a while (don't tell the Dector). Until my feet stops twitching. I guess it was a bad mix of Western and Eastern drugs.

I am still coughing. July 9, 2009 Thursday.
